Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate access provided upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments.
We encourage you to explore the free tier before subscribing to ensure Layer Gallery meets your needs.
Exceptions
We may consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times
- Technical issues: If a significant service outage prevented you from using the service
- Accidental purchase: If you contact us within 24 hours of an unintended subscription
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how:
- Go to your Account Settings
- Click on "Manage Subscription"
- Follow the prompts in the Stripe Customer Portal to cancel
Alternatively, you can email support@layergallery.com and we'll cancel your subscription for you.
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You retain full access to subscriber features until that date
- Your account reverts to the free tier after the billing period ends
- Your saved collections and data remain accessible on the free tier
- You will not be charged again unless you resubscribe
Billing Disputes
If you believe there has been a billing error or have concerns about a charge, please contact us at support@layergallery.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
We're committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. Most concerns can be addressed within 1-2 business days.
